This project is about empowerment of leaders and we believe everyone is a leader. We have developed a coordinated efforts to disseminate Skills which are core to improve livelihood opportunities, reduce poverty, enhance productivity and promote environmentally sustainable development. Our focus mainly is on increasing their ability to innovate and adopt new technologies. We want to ensure that the constraint of accessing trainings is completely eradicated and that the disadvantaged are now making more wealth.
