Leadership determines the rise and fall of every endeavor. In this regard, Core HW puts a lot of premium on leadership development that will facilitate good governance and fiduciary management of resources.

Given that our approach entails partnership with community organizations that promote Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE), we have developed initiatives to develop the capacity of the leaders of these organizations, proprietors of micro, Small and Medium enterprises, local administrators and collaborate with both the national and county governments to develop the capacity of the devolved leaders.

In building community ownership, we seek to promote stakeholder engagement by developing the capacity of civil society volunteer groups and model social development models that align to the aspirations of the people
