At the heart of our teen mothers campaign is to equip them with the skills needed to help them make a living. Bead work is one of the ways we economically empower them.
They make bangles that are attractive and also get to interact among themselves while at it. We provide a condusive environment to ensure they are comfortable as their children are taken care of as they work. Here are some of the photos of bead making process and some of the products available.
Giving them social and economic skills is something we are going to keep doing, knowing fully well that nothing and no one can take that away from them.
